"The a/c didn’t work the first night. They fixed it for the second night and told us don’t go below 63 but it never actually got cold just blew air. The pool was out of service and the breakfast wasn’t what was advertised."

"The facility was very clean. Our room was spacious. Bed was worn out and very lumpy! People above us had children that kept running and jumping on the floor. When I called the desk I was told they couldn’t guarantee the guests would quiet down throughout the night. Was told they could not do anything until quiet hours(10pm) and the only thing that they could do was move US to a different room. My husband was scheduled for surgery this morning and needed a good nights sleep. Highly disappointed...

"We travel to Ohio from Texas every year and we have stayed here every trip for at least 10 years. They allow pets and it’s very clean. Other places that allowed pets were always dirty. So, once we found HIE in White House we haven’t stayed anywhere else. But, my favorite part is their cinnamon rolls!! :)"

"The room was immaculate with nice touches like having your name on the television welcoming you in. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also really good."

"PROS: Property was very clean. Breakfast was more extensive than most hotel breakfasts. Staff were helpful. Property was quiet. CONS: Bathroom lacked exhaust fan and steamed up. Outdoor pool was closed. More hot vegetarian options for breakfast would have been appreciated."

"The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and there was no button to turn it off. The noise was loud enough that we could hear it in the room even after closing the bathroom door."

"The TV in the room went in and out the both nights there. Plus there was a dirty water smell in the lobby. Like they used dirty mop water to clean the floor."

"So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. The morning of check out the breakfast was bad. There was no gravy and what was left at 8am was water in a broken...
