"We unfortunately had a terrible first impression. They were clearly over capacity from the weekend and under staffed. We checked in 6/28 - had to wait over 30 minutes for our room which was not properly cleaned. After complaining we were moved to another room which was not what we reserved but “no other availability”. After asking if that was ready and being told it was double inspected. "Air conditioner made such horrible noises was unable to get a good nights sleep. Tried adjusting it several times, but it still was very noisy. Floors in room were very slippery but navigable. Staff was outstanding and very friendly. Outside pool was clean and comfortable. Especially liked walk in feature. Did not utilize any other accommodations. If it wasn’t for the air conditioners constant noise, would have been comfortable stay."
