"The location of this hotel is BEAUTIFUL, the views of the lake are stunning. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself can definitely use a few upgrades For 1 the Air conditioner is pretty terrible. It’s pretty much a fan, the room gets pretty warm during the day. At night it’s not terrible but the AC can use an upgrade for sure. Also the furniture and carpets/rugs need to be changed or cleaned thoroughly. Plenty of stains on the carpet and couches. "Hotel has a peaceful and beautiful lakeside property with direct access to Maggiore. It is generally very quiet and serene, but sometimes the loud motorcycles and cars can be heard well during the night. Other than that everything was good. I also highly recommend having your own car in the region for movement around the lake and surrounding regions. "

"Alles was prima, locatie, personeel en gezinskamer. Restaurant aan het hotel. Alleen balen van de parkeerboete. Receptie gaf aan dat het gratis parkeren was, we kwamen 20u aan. Dat klopt ook, maar als je pas 10/11 uur uitcheckt dan ben je van 9 tot 11 niet gedekt."
