"We didn’t like the cleanliness of the shower.
The bathroom sink had a clogged drain.
There were missing flushing operating parts on the toilet. The lounge furniture was dirty. The air conditioning had a bad order which triggered my allergies. Continuously triggering a cough. I had to sleep with the windows open and portable fan blowing for an entire night in order to keep from coughing. I had requested to change to a cleaner room without all of these issues. "I have stayed at the Serena several times over the past 20 years. In fact, of the 80 countries I have visited the Serena in Mombasa is still my favorite place in the world.
