"We stayed at The James twice during our visit to the Netherlands. First time we were located on the 3rd floor, good sized room, large shower, soundproofing great. The second time on the 11th floor, again a good sized room, although I preferred the third floor. Bath and shower in this room which was great. "Our phone was not working so we couldn’t contact our friends in a different room. We had no soap in our shower."

"The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was up high with a nice view of the city. Very spacious room with a big wardrobe, a small fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom was very nice, the shower pressure was a bit low but the hand shower had plenty of pressure. This is our second time staying in this hotel and would definitely come back again."
