"The room wasn’t very clean. Windows were dirty. Rubbish on top of the fridge. Shower didn’t drain. Shower door didn’t shut. Loud ringing/buzzing sound coming from bathroom roof. Got back to our room at 11pm and key fob wouldn’t let us in took staff 3 times to and from reception to get us back in."

"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."
