"We were upgraded, which I am very grateful for. However, the facilities could use an update. Even the sign on the elevator was out of date, and there was rust on the balcony. The windows also let in a LOT of noise and there's a train nearby. That said, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean (not sure if the carpet was aged or dirty, but probably just aged) and it was lovely to enjoy the spacious upgrade. The staff were super friendly, but they had a tendency to over-explain and repeat things...
