"Buse at the front desk was just exceptional! She handled some minor issues with such speed and efficiency, she is truly an asset to this company. The daily breakfast is outstanding in quality, service and variety. The pool is truly an added bonus being warm , large and having a hot tub. "Was close enough to the bus stop to walk and close enough to the cruise port to walk. Forgot face cloths are not a thing a Europe…remember your fave cloths if traveling from North America. Hotel has a great vibe; staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The mattress is way too soft. And in no world a bed smaller than queen size (160cm) should be allowed to be called a two-person bed. Otherwise the room was ok. The breakfast is nothing to look forward to. Also the dishes are not very clean "

"Lots of parking and easy. Friendly staff. Good range of breakfast, a little higgledy piggledy layout and had to ask for supplies to be replenished as often empty but done quickly. Nice relaxing emvironment. A range of activities, easy access by car to shopping. If a pool table was installed this would be a great staycation."

"The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was really clean and well equipped. Breakfast was busy and some items were in short supply...but this was due to a late delivery. The staff were very apologetic about this. Gluten free bread was provided for us...all done with a smile! The hotel was easy to find and within easy reach of Southampton port...we definitely stay here again."

"Overall the property needs updating, it was very clean when you consider that it does need a lot of work doing to fetch it up to a good standard. However good value for money and comfy beds."
