Cari Hotel di Lancashire

"A very grand and well positioned building, handy for attractions and stations and great view. Communal areas well maintained. Rooms very poor. Acknowledging this is Blackpool, it’s nearly winter and weather this weekend was grim, water pouring in through windows and a huge draft from poorly maintained windows and being told to stuff a town in window frame to absorb the water and wind is perhaps an unusual unique selling point… but ironically did work. Bed rock hard and uncomfortable and rather...

"Wonderful! Breakfast buffet and evening meal was superb. Room fabulous."

"Terrible. It looked like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a dead fly in room 277. The staff were extremely rude. Lack of communication and they did not acknowledge the payment through the online check-in. I demand better quality to the owner of this outrageous hotel. Please save your money and do not come to this hotel."

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff and lovely room but breakfast was extortionate."

"The room was terrible, walls were damp and room smelt because of the damp, wallpaper peeling off, bathroom disgusting, no soap in dispenser, bath had cracks and toilet didn’t flush properly"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at the Municipal Hotel! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and a unique character that makes it a memorable place to stay. The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Liverpool and within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, pubs, and points of interest. It was the perfect home base for...

"Central location in the heart of liverpool.room very comfortable and clean. Staff very efficient friendly and helpful. Wonderful city .have used the hotel in the past. And will in the future."

"Personeel heel aardig, schone kamer. Wel geluid door airco (ook bij uitzetten blijft geluid) en lopend water als andere kamers douchen. Bed iets te hard en met harde knopen in de topper. Kussen wel fijn. Locatie is heel goed."

"This place is a classic case of all front and no back. While the grand entrance and sparkling chandelier lobby make a great first impression, it’s a complete illusion. You’re paying a premium price for a room that wouldn't feel out of place in a run-down Blackpool B&B. The windows were stuck fast, leaving us to sweat out a suffocating night on top of the sheets. To top off the room experience, it’s 2026 and they still haven't invested in curved shower rails, meaning you get to spend your...

"2 rooms booked for 1 night. One room wasn't cleaned so we were given another. The other room had lingering damp smell. Room needed updating. Everything was very old. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable."

"Very nice close too docks stations and nightlife"

"The hotel is fine. It is cheap and you get what you pay for. The bathroom could have been cleaner but the rest of the room was fine. The staff at breakfast was lovely and they had a good selection. The location is good"

"Great stay - well equipped gym, super comfortable beds and wonderful staff"
