"Requested top floor room in advance, didn’t get one on arrival. People upstairs were stomping and jumping around until 1am, security was sent the first time and didn’t even knock on the door. Sent a second time and only after they were caught lying about confronting the noisy room did they actually ask the people to quiet down. First request was at 11:30pm, issue not resolved until 1am! Ridiculous."

"The staff were quite helpful, and all had a positive attitude! The property was not well maintained, and it was not clean, so I was quite disappointed. I made do as surrounding establishments were all booked up.
I don't blame staff as I stated earlier, they were quite helpful and tried their best to address issues...there were just so many challenges. Property needs to significantly improve cleanliness of rooms and maybe consider updating. Doors should also routinely to be checked to ensure...

For how expensive it is , Surprised to find out there is no in room dinning , they also don’t encourage take out form restaurant and can’t order drinks or food at pool. Very close to downtown they also have a shuttle service ."
