"The hotel is not too bad. The main issue is that it’s located outside of town, and a taxi to the city costs $75-$125 depending on your luck. The food is okay. When there’s no buffet, they open one restaurant with the same menu for all seven days we were there. Not so many people speaks or understands English. On the positive side, the hotel is in a quiet village. They have a nice, clean indoor aqua park and two medium-sized play areas for kids."

"My room was very clean and well serviced. It was on the 27th floor so the view was great. It was right in the centre of Warsaw, so public transport galore was close at hand. Buffet breakfast was ample and varied, very good choice of food and drink. Lifts were high speed. Never had to wait long for one to arrive. Staff were helpfull. "Had an amazing stay at Metropol. It was right by the Palace of science and culture bldg and old town is just about 15 min walk. very convenient and lots of restaurant , shopping around. hotel staff were excellent, they hold our bags since we arrive early morning and checking was at 2 pm. They had amazing drinking water machine (hot, cold and sparkling) by the elevator and hot water pot, big glass jug were helpful.
