"Overall a nice hotel to stay at. Beware of the 150.00 security fee and also there is a 18.00 a day destination fee. Parking is 40.00 a night also. Other than that I would definitely stay again."

"La habitación apestaba a cigarrillo, las sábanas sucias, el cuarto habia basura, al mover las sábanas habían cabello y sábanas manchadas, en la tes edición la chica fue super ofensiva, nisiquiera quisimos quedarnos ,como iba ha acostar a mi hija de 3 años en esa cama, la peor experiencia del mundo. No reserves aqui, es lo peor"

"I was given the wrong room and the room I booked was sold out so I had to get a downgraded room for my stay. The room provided was small and would not accommodate me and my family sufficiently. The curtain in the room also had a big stain on it. The guest service attendant did assist me with the closest accommodation to what I booked for the inconvenience as well as complimentary valet."

"Great stay in Lake Charles. Room was not available on checkin, but received room ready text shortly. Had a most excellent espresso martini whilst waiting. Roomnwas lovely, especially the bathroom ❤️ Wonderful view, enjoyed watching tugboats from the little step out balcony. Enjoyed 3 on site restaurants, excellent on all counts from 2 of 3, Landry's & Cadillac. Experience at Claim Jumper was a little bumpy, but food and drinks were excellent, once served. Casino was lots of fun, well maintained...
