The Troy Mediterranean restaurant was great as was the Kahani restaurant, Ezekie was a great host as was the chef Vivek. The Hotel is very close to Village Market , which you can walk to - well worth a visit and would recommend this Hotel. My wife had fallen ill and the reception staff were very helpful and comforting. "

"I was very pleased with my stay at Serena Nairobi. As a solo female traveler, I took advantage of paying for an airport transfer the evening I arrived. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I got room service at like 1am that evening, too, and the attendant was kind as well. The property is gated and I felt very safe within. I had a spa treatment after a long day visiting the Nairobi National Park and I wasn't disappointed. I tried out the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room as well....
