"I had originally reserved a room at another hotel with a water park a few more miles further from the airport, but after reading some pretty bad reviews, we canceled and booked a suite at the Arizona Grand Resort. We are so glad we did! We arrived several hours before check in, however, they had an available room so we were able to check in early. The rooms, resort and grounds are all very nicely maintained. "Look up the Citrus Club if you want full concierge service. It was $150/ person and I voided food and beverages from 8am-9pm making it almost an all inclusive deal. I was unaware of this until I arrived and it was only through friends."

"Server at breakfast was great. I was originally put on a floor that was a full construction zone which was very disappointing. When I called down to request a new room they were accommodating though."
