"I would rate this hotel 5 stars but the pool was closed for 3 days during our stay, I understand this is sometimes out of hand due to water works in the Benidorm area, However a notice would have been nice. Other than that everything else including the room was perfect, well maintained, looks newly renovated. The breakfast coffees were lovely and the food was good. Will stay here again when I’m Back."

"Very squeaky beds , not enough pillows, bed only made once in a 4 day stay. Room still not available at 4pm when check in was supposed to start. "

"Este hotel una muy mala experiencia no tiene aire acondicionado, me dieron un ventilador para 2 noches, traté de hacer una cancelación y no me quisieron devolver nada, la intalacion antigua, el staff con una actitud horrible, la áreas comunes con un calor insoportable, son cerradas y sin aire acondicionado , la habitación sucia, se escucha todo los ruidos de la habitación vecina, los colchones incómodos lo único que tiene bonito es la vista a la playa "

"Prima 3 sterren hotel. De verzorging is goed, medewerkers, veel in aantal, zeer vriendelijk. Er hangt een ongedwongen en vrolijke sfeer. De zogenaamde confor kamers zijn ook echt comfortabel en modern ingericht. Het publiek is internationaal. Ligging behoorlijk centraal. Je loop zo naar het strand en het centrum. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. "

"The whole property was very clean. Maid service every day. The restaurant food was great. All the staff were really helpful and friendly."

"The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!"

"The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season."
