"Excellent and friendly staff, they could not do more to be helpful. Spacious room, well appointed. Fine dining at 8:30 pm is a set menu, very well prepared and presented. Fine wines available. Be aware, the property can be difficult to locate on GPS. Nearest landmark is Casa Marcos restaurant, which is near the waterfalls. Once there, go South and their road is marked, to the right. Highly recommended when visting the waterfalls and castles in the area."

"Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own."

"3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself"

"5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! "The room was fine, but the terraces are not private AT ALL! The room next door to us was super loud until very late, which was not optimal. The parking was extra, the breakfast was extra and the pool area was much smaller than it appeared in photos. Also, there was literally a huge building being constructed right outside our window, which completely blocked our beach view. However, it is very close to the beach and you can walk to lots of restaurants and shops"

I fell when I was out and about and the staff were excellent especially one of the receptionist I can not remember her name she had glasses 🤓 It was very quiet at the time which I liked The only negative thing I can think of is the bed was quite hard"

"The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season."
