"We always stay at the Pfister because of its great location . A few troubles this time. The tv service in our room kept going in and out. Of course someone offered to come and fix it but at the time it wasn’t ideal (already in pajamas). There was also a dirty pillow case on the chair in our room when we first arrived . I also was disappointed there were no locker rooms or other amenities in the spa area. My husband had a massage but was allowed a 10 minute shower afterwards, then had to vacate...

"Nice hotel and reasonably priced but no one cleaned our room for 6 days and food was inconsistent. Burgers 8 out of 10. Pizza is a 4 out of 10 at best. Breakast sandwich was good but a small coffee for $3 and it wasnt very good was a bit much."

"Hotel was great! The bar was absolutely horrible. I went to the bar on Thursday night around 9pm, it was kind of crowded, took about 10 minutes to order a draft beer, and even longer to get it. When it finally arrived, which took a good ten minutes, the bartender and barback never checked back up on me, even when I had an empty glass in front of me. I flagged down the barback, asked for my check, and waited five minutes. Threw down $5, and left. Friday night, bar had maybe ten people in it at...

Had pancakes potatoes canadian bacon chicken tenders to put on toasted bread etc. It is noce they try to do every 2 days house keeping to check on you. Also expedia does not tell you this hotel has a 40$ hold per night in case of damages. The reasoning is sound but when you travel with a tight budget it does take money from your other available funds"
