"Beautiful property with great potential, but falls short of 5-star pricing. Lacked the attention to detail and hospitality expected at this price point.
We were on the 1st floor with not much views and loud upstairs neighbors (evening and early morning). Definitely recommend requesting an upper floor.
Disappointing restaurant. Dinner main dish was way oversalted and breakfast croissants tasted like reheated frozen pastries.
Also, zero acknowledgment of my birthday during the stay."

"Front desk staff was awesome. Very friendly. Dinner at Covey Grill was an adventure. We ordered takeout and received the wrong order. When we finally got the correct order food was very undercooked. 9 hole mini golf course is really cool. Rooms were nice. Overall, a very enjoyable experience minus the food mishap."

"We checked in and unpacked in our room and then went to dinner and a movie. When we returned and got into bed, there was the sound of an animal in our wall heater at 11:00pm that we could hear scratching around and maybe building a nest or eating. We tried to bang on it to scare whatever it was out but it persisted to make noise. When we called the night attendant, he didn’t check it out but did give us a new room.
But the room they gave us was about half the size compared to the room we were...

"Don’t stay in room 202. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and can say this room let us down. It’s attached to bathrooms for the hotel on one wall and just above is the maid’s quarters so think thumping and dropping all day and night. This was our favorite hotel but this last stay was not good. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. Stay included daily buffet breakfast and reception evening snacks and beverages.
Dining area floors and tables were often sticky, probably due to high traffic during the mornings. Otherwise the dining room staff did great in clearing up the tables and replenishing the food when needed."
