"The King Suite rooms with fireplaces are wonderful. Very spacious, we could stay there for a long time. The location is perfect and walking distance to fisherman’s wharf and many good restaurants. The free trolly stop is just around the corner and so easy to use. Only a mile and a half from the Aquarium. Can’t wait to go back!!"

"We couldn’t use the TV system because the system is not “ random “ password acceptable and our phone doesn’t accept such a non- safe wifi system. We could not watch anything using the TV. You should tell guests when they check in. Otherwise, we don’t know what to do with it."

"Helpful staff. The cottages were lovely and the surrounding area are well maintained with parking right in front of each cottage. Location was roughly 5 to 10 minutes to downtown eateries or the beautiful beaches. Most importantly to us, they are pet friendly as we brought along our dog on a road trip!"

"Good location and decent value near downtown Carmel. Room was clean and spacious, however the bed was not particularly comfortable and because there was no cross-ventilation or A/C, leaving windows open made for a noisy environment and limited privacy. Plumbing was also very noisy and toiletries were not high quality. Breakfast was passable, but the scrambled eggs lacked flavor and the OJ seemed very watered down. Of course, there are plenty of great breakfast options nearby if you're looking...

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay here. The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of cannery row with just a short walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and several outstanding restaurants. The deck overlooking the bay with comfortable seating and fire pits was a favorite spot of ours. We saw sea otters and sea lions in the bay and found it difficult to leave to continue our trip. We are already planning to come back next June! Book it you will love the hotel!"

"The rooms and property were really clean and in close proximity to some groceries and neat little shops. It was easy to get in and out of; the parking was also easy. The family suite perfectly accommodated our group. We will totally stay there again."
