"Great location on quiet end of street and across from the beach. The place is a mixed bag. Our room was very clean and had plush towels and crisp sheets. However, the room was also small, dark and had a damp musty smell. The tv was a bit of a puzzle and the AC unit was pretty ancient. Pool looked nice but too cold while we were there to get in."

"We stayed here to attend the Sea Hear Now festival on the Asbury Park Boardwalk. The festival was about a 20 minute walk away. The hosts were very welcoming and we had a suite with a queen bed and a small sitting area. We had street parking but it was free. Breakfast was delicious. There are window air conditioners in the rooms"
