"Comfortable bed, clean room, close to train station. Stayed 3 nights. The first night we were given room 206 which was right above busy London Street. It was very noisy. When we first arrived a maintenance man showed up to check the shower saying there were complaints about a loud noise. He did not find anything. In the morning when we turned the shower on, the pressure was high and it made a horrendous noise. No amount of adjustment would fix it. Had to shower with the noise. It was clear to me...

"Nice hotel in a great location. Not too far away to walk into the city, and bus stops nearby as well if you dont feel like walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice enough, only gripe was the air con wasnt great, so room was quite warm at times."

"Lovely hotel. In a fantastic location right by the entrance of Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Worth paying the extra for a room at the back looking out over the Maned Wolves and Lar Gibbons. "Loved the facilities at this hotel and the onsite bar was pretty decent quality. Check in experience could be improved as despite 3 staff on the desk, self check-in was preferred and the free parking option we purchased was not clear how to redeem."

"This property could do with a very deep clean it's tired/dirty looking in the hallways especially the carpet. The room itself was standard, the bathroom was clean but there was a lot of dust on light fittings, the TV remote was filthy and it was just generally dusty. The stained carpet is unrecognisable and is overlapping and my daughter tripped over it. "The room was okay, but unfortunately there were stains on the walls and the toilet was hanging off the wall. There were only three pillows for two people, and the robes included with the Executive King Room were ripped and clearly well-used. The bed was comfortable enough, though. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, which was definitely a positive."
