"Carpets throughout were stained, sheers in room were torn and room very tired. Clean but in need up updating. Disappointing overall for the price of the room. Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. "

"The front doors automatically opened for me as I entered made me feel invited and it really helped when bringing in baggage. I experienced excellent customer service from the front desk. "They provide the bare minimum. Don’t clean up the rooms during your stay, don’t freshen up the room either. If you happen to need an extra towel you have to go to the lobby to try to get one. Breakfast ran out before ten am. It felt like a hostal in a third world country. Definitely overpriced for the service provided."

"The room we were getting first had some strange odor which did not go away. We reported to the hotel staff and they quicky assigned us a different room. No problem."

"Absolute hole in the wall! Nothing like the bright,beautiful pics. Felt bad for the housekeeping girl that she had to deal with this mess. Didn't feel safe and worried my vehicle wouldn't be there or parted out when I woke up in the morning. You'll understand when you pull onto the property and the plexiglass separating the manager from the customer. I actually packed up after my daughter's graduation and drove the 7 hrs home. Dirty, towels smelled, no place to hang any clothes up. Would never...
