"The property was super clean and beautiful. My only complaint was not having any sort of instructions for taking out garbage, getting clean linens, and what needed to be done in the villa upon checkout."

"The outdoor pool area was great. We spent lots of time out there, and they did a movie after dark one night in the pool. The room was okay. Having a full kitchen was the best part, but the bed was HARD as a ROCK. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, washer and dryer were a treat. Overall a great stay with a couple small issues that didn't ruin the trip."

"The cottage was clean, quiet, private and located in a community around the back of the property. They offered shuttle service to access any activity on the property. The staff was always available via phone and very accommodating. Upon arrival the staff was pleasant and gave instructions where to check in. The cottage had a private pool with hot tub and in the front where the hotel is located there was a H2O Waterpark with a public pool. Check out was quick. Located near Target, gas station,...

Air conditioner set way too low and I did try to increase the temperature to warmer and it just never happened when I woke up the room was 70.
