"Hotel room is a bit old and outdated. Bathroom is very tiny despite the hotel is old. Location is perfect for dining, within walking distance to the Reb Brick Warehouse area and Hakodate Morning Market. Bus stops are nearby. Train station is about 10mins walk."

"Love the hotel for everything. The room is a bit small but very well organized. We can put 2 big luggage and 1 small luggage easily inside the room. The public bath is also very clean, hotel amneties are nice. The hair dryers in the public bath area are excellent, all the best and newest hair dryer. Extra pillow is nice, you can choose your own extra pillow. Location is very nice. Got 711 and lawson Not far from good food"

"A convenient location near the train station with good facilities including an onsen. The breakfast is simply amazing with a focus on local seafood that is so fresh and tasty. You can build your own seafood rice bowl for breakfast, there is freshly shaved kombu, tasty ramen etc. Probably one of the tastiest breakfast we have ever had. There is parking but the car park just outside the hotel has limted spaces. Thankfully, the hotel has an arrangement with a nearby car park for the same price so...

"建物、内装に古さを感じるものの（壁紙が剥がれてたりする）お掃除は綺麗で気持ち良く使わせて頂きました‼︎ スタッフさんと接するのはチェックインの時くらいでしたが優しい印象でした‼︎ 朝食はもうこれでもかってくらいイクラ食べました、刺身は極上とまではいきませんが美味しかったです、お腹いっぱいでスープカレーは食べれず、デザートのプリン美味しかったです‼︎ 想像よりお腹いっぱいになるのが早く食べれない物があって悔しかった。 無料の夜鳴きそばは飲んだ後の〆にぴったり、海苔たっぷりいれて食べました‼︎ お風呂は源泉掛け流しの湯船は温度が低め、なので長くゆーったり浸かれて好きでした、サウナは93度と暑め、個人的にはもう少し暑く無いのが好きです。無料のアイスもありほんと胃が足りなかったです‼︎ また行きたいホテルとなりました‼︎"

"Nice hotel with helpful staff. Onsen is nice. Built more for the INAEM experience that Hakodate tourism, but Hakodate is not big and can be manageable by tram or bus."

"八幡坂や金森赤レンガ倉庫のすぐそばで、とても立地が良かったです。ホテルの建物もデザイン性が高く、屋上から海を眺めながらコーヒーを飲んでゆっくり過ごせました。部屋も清潔で、アメニティのシャンプーやボディソープがいい香りだったのも嬉しかったです。スタッフの皆さんの対応も温かく丁寧で、また函館を訪れる際はぜひ利用したいです。"

"スタッフの対応は良かったです、ただ朝飯が¥2,000の割に少しお粗末でした。和食は基本食べないので洋食のメニューか少ないのとパンが2種類しか無くガッカリでした。"
