"Clean"

"We had a major issue the first night, that should of been noticed before we checked in by the staff. It was taken care of the next day, after we wrote a review and it was read because the office was closed. We woke-up with a headache and had to wash our clothing do to the chemical smell. Other wise it would of received higher stars. "

"We loved this lodge. The room was nice with amazing mountain views & the location was great. Sitting by the stream was so peaceful. We had a wonderful time & hated to leave!"

"The owner was rude and argumentative. The toilet was clogged when we checked in. Staff refused to come to room, changed us to another room after we complained. Told us another room was blocked off due to clogged plumbing. Refused to provide receipt upon check out. Will never return and will tell others about the poor service."

"Lovely setting and the room was excellent. The check in is with a kiosk, not a favorite of any traveler. The breakfast offers a lot of choices and the coffee is good. What you don't anticipate is all the taxes local/state/resort fees that will add about $80 to your room per day. "

"Unbelievably beautiful and clean. Makes you feel like you are royalty from 100 plus years ago. The place is beautiful but I’m going to lie. It is a bit creepy at times especially when it is not very full and the front desk is closed all night. But great accommodation and wonderfully restored."

"We loved staying here for 3 nights. The location is fantastic. We did not drive our car at all. We walked for meals, the hot springs, the Perimeter Trail, and Box Canyon Falls. The included breakfasts were great and we enjoyed chatting with other travelers each morning! Rooms are small but we enjoyed all the outdoor seating. The new innkeepers are wonderful and we enjoyed chatting with them. We would stay here again. Thanks!"

"This was our second time staying at Abram. If I could give them 15 stars-- I would-- the two rooms we have stayed in were immaculately clean-- and the furnishings are top notch. Everything worked exactly as it should, and you are within walking distance from down town. I hope to stay with them again when we visit the beautiful mountain town of Ouray. "

"Wonderful place. Staff and facilities are top notch. Brittany is a little firecracker with the personality to match. Complementary evening wine with meat and cheese tray then add the great breakfast makes this place one of best values around. Will be back."
