"I would say this is a 4 star hotel at best. We definitely expected more from this hotel.
The issues in isolation aren’t too bad, but combined, it has left us disappointed:
* brought to our room 20 minutes after check in because it wasn’t ready.
* The shower was clogged. They did address this immediately when we requested maintenance
* One of the outlets beside the bed did not work. They addressed this immediately upon us bringing it up.

"Beautiful property and amazing breakfast selection but service was poor. Housekeeping might have just as well not done anything - minimal bed makin, did not even empty or clean used glasses/cups. Steam room did not work and staff said it had not worked in a "long time". AC in our room kept getting turned off in the sweltering heat - maintenance overnight was not helpful until next morning."

"Staff for very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options but their warm food were often a bit cold.
Outdoor pool were very nice. I like that there is an adult pool and kids pool the restaurants inside the hotel where a bit too expensive but the buffet dinner was also good with good value of money. The beach was very nice but mind you the sunbeds were very expensive."

"Sehr gepflegte Ferienanlage mit direktem Zugang zum Clifftrail. Zwei beheizte Schwimmbäder (einer davon Überdacht für schlechtes Wetter) Die anderen Schwimmbäder sind größer und tiefer - somit zum Schwimmen besser geeignet. Auch eine schöne Restauration gibt es am Hauptpool. Supermarkt, organisierte Ausflüge kann man an der Rezeption buchen. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, ist die Hellhörigkeit bei den zweigeschossigen Wohnungen. Wir können die Anlage sehr empfehlen!"
