"The location is great and the grounds are beautiful. The water park is a huge asset and kept kids ages 1-12 entertained for 4 days. The food was sadly not as good as it once was, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area were closed while we were there for maintenance but we still had a good time. Rooms have what you need but our room was near the elevator which was a little noisy."

"The property was very kid friendly which was perfect for us with a toddler. Lots of activities for the kids to keep them occupied all day. Some of the rooms could do with an upgrade, but each room had everything you need and was like a home away from home. Would definitely return."

"We loved the energy freedom to explore animals kayaks staff and the whole experience and the freedom to walk around & exploring getting lots of exercise. Thank you for a wonderful weekend fantastic holiday great staff wonderful food highly recommend as a fun place to stay"

"The staff was amazing, everyone is smiling and ready to help. The place was very clean but a bit outdated. My reservation had theme parks tickets included and that was an amazing experience and I believe the best offer."

"Stayed for 6 nights in a family studio where the door goes out onto the main road so if you’re looking for a quiet night, they’re not the apartments for you. When next door went to the toilet, it set off ours as well which wasn’t ideal.
It did the job in terms of cleanliness but only just. A few stray hairs around the place but it was mainly just used for sleeping so wasn’t a massive deal.
Staff are really friendly and the amenities are great, free mini golf, tennis, basketball etc and there...
