Great place to stay, great location, great facilities, staff very nice, we had fantastic views from our room, only negative would be room needs general tidy up and deep clean but otherwise really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again

Perfect staff, good facilities. I can say it is a very nice place. Only one problem, one of the lifts didn't work , so 30 levels depending on one lift.

Outstanding location, outstanding views (was on the 17th floor). Lots of construction going on around site but thats typical Gold Coast to be fair and made for interesting looking on from room. Apartment we were in was getting a little tired but didn't detract from the whole experience.. Would stay there again definately

Location is great. Handy to the tram, beach and walking track. Good size but a bit dated and bedroom felt cold, even the bed sheets didn’t feel nice at all. Staff were amazing.

Great handy location would stay there again. Very clean and tidy and thanks for the upgrade :). Maybe turn the pool and spa up a couple of degrees. Great friendly service from the reception staff on arrival.

Always know the bedding will be comfortable and standard of cleanliness acceptable. Just wish there were more kitchen facilities,played,dishes cookware...some complimentary foil and foodwrap would be useful.. Parking is always a bonus ...

10min walk from Surfer Paradise main centre, great location and views were spectacular. Great value for money, room could have been cleaner though and had to be careful in the room we got of uneven floor and lips in tile flooring to not trip or stub toes.
