"I did not expect a lot for the price, however this was the worst hotel stay ever! When we arrived, it took almost an hour to check in, staff was very unhelpful and ciykd barely speak English. Even though the check out stated 2pm, the room was still not ready when we tried to check in after 3pm. We were told that someone went to clean the room. The hallway stunk if cigarettes and when we got to our room, it was stifflung hot, no fans or anything during the biggest heatwave inn the UK. We got...

"Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful bringing us towels and extra coffee milks when we asked. Also allowed us to check in early for free which was very much appreciated. Controlled...

"The check in process was a bit odd. Was being asked about when I booked and other weird details when I had the booking confirmation in front of me and the booking name etc. The room was absolutely fine, the bed was so comfy, the shower was nice and hot and spacious, there was air con which was an absolute godsend. The music from downstairs wasn’t too loud so didn’t need the ear buds but nice touch! All in all a very good cheap stay! Would be perfect if you didn’t hear people opening and closing...
