When I went down to report it, the receptionist reacted as though I was being dishonest, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. "For a hotel on a city street it was a prime location to a small shopping mall, restaurants, stores and a public transportation hub into London and throughout. We enjoyed the convenance and price point. "

"this hotel is great to put your head down and sleep in a clean safe place. the room is super clean and simple, only thing is walls are quite thin so you can hear the people next door but people are sensible and quiet!"

"They have free parking, however you can’t get any space if you are late, even has street parking, but only free until 8:30am. The staff is helpful, room is clean. I thought they turned heat on before I arrived, so it was so warm, but it has musty smell, although they have air fresheners. Overall, it’s cheaper and convenient. "

You think they would say welcome back mr Di@@er but it’s always the same ! This is a solid Irish old boys pub ! Not for the faint hearted ! I love it but please be more welcoming "

"5 Star quality for 2 star price, what more could you ask for? Spotless rooms very well equipped even have a fridge which is a rare comodity. decent breakfast also included, if you need quality decent priced stay in London this is the place to go."
