"My family and I stayed here during our Universal Studios trip. 4 days with breakfast buffet that was delicious, although same menu- i felt it was a great variety. Staff were extremely helpful when checking in - navigating local transportation and our universal studios trip. My favorite part was the on site massage salon that offered in room services. GREAT after walking all day! "

"万博に行く為に２泊しましたが、 夢洲までの中央線改札口には地下階では直結でしたのが最高！チェックアウト後の荷物預けもQRコード管理でつ安心、スピーディ。全てが無駄を廃した効率的なサービスで大満足。 難点は客室の狭さの為、ツイン部屋を２人使用だと 行動的に若干不便。又朝のエレベーター使用の際は、 中々エレベーターが宿泊階には止まらないので 時間的に余裕が無いと焦る事になりますね。 目的が万博でしたので、周辺エリアについての評価は優良としましたが、実際には評価出来ていません。 "

"Me and my family love this hotel. At first, i thought the bedroom was small, but when we saw the bathroom we were amazed. The toilet was in its own closet opposite of the bathroom, it has a bidet and toilet tissue was refilled everyday. The bathroom had two sinks and I love the design of the bath shower and tub, the shower is really spacious. Taking a bath and soaking in the tub after a long day feels really nice.
