"The hotel is very clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately the beds are the most uncomfortable. Super hard and the pillows are so hard. That was the only problem. If you use the laundry room. The dryers take very long to dry."

"Honestly one of the best stays in Japan so far , if you are planning to stay anywhere in Osaka this hotel is very nice and convenient, train station is about a 2-3 min walk , plenty of restaurants right inside the actual hotel building , a 24/7 family mart right outside for any late night snack or beer run, staff was very professional and kind , not to mention a sky buffet with an amazing view ! , just a 10/10 would stay again if I’m ever in Osaka again ."

"This hotel is a really great value. There is a train station literally next to the front entrance. Lovely quiet neighborhood but only a short distance to the hustle and bustle of Dotobori. Daily housekeeping is a great perk and on site laundry too. The breakfast is nice but a little pricey, however there is a convenience store nextdoor that is 24h and has all the basics grab and go food you could want."
