"The rooms are kept in a decent condition, are spacious and have everything you need from a mini-fridge, iron, TV with a selection of working channels, a safe and of course tea and coffee making facilities. We were provided with two bottles of water too. With only one picture on the wall the room looks a bit bland, especially with its colour scheme. There are plenty of plug sockets with USB ports (not USBC). Due to the hotel's design and location, you are mainly only going to get views of the car...

"We really enjoyed our stay. We had such a warm welcome from lovely Kalim on reception and had the best pina colada at the bar. Best we've ever had. Lovely hotel, lovely staff , they couldn't do enough to help, We had a wonderful breakfast and really appreciated the help from the very friendly staff who came to our room and helped with extra bedding. Just a lovely place and a lovely stay :)"

"The station is next to the hotel and follow the Taxi signs as the Taxi rank is next to the hotel. Perfect if you don't want to walk far and then need a taxi from hotel to anywhere. I shall stay here again."

"After checking in we found the air conditioning was not working, tried to call the front desk and phone was not working, nor was the TV. Had to walk back down to reception where we were told we were pre warned about the air conditioning ( we were not!!) and there was a fan in the room- there wasn’t. The lady argued saying there was and said in regards to the phone not working- most hotels don’t have phones anymore anyway. When she came to our room, she finally agreed we indeed did not have a...

"It was all good. However, the entrance of the building did not look good because there were cigarettes butts on the floor. However, the room was very clean."

"Let us check in early and gave us a room upgrade free of charge! The pool was great and the room was lovely, great staff and great place"

"Staff were friendly and helpful . The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Only thing I wasn't keen on was the ac didn't cool the room as much as id like. So convenient to just walk out in the morning and go straight to departures. Will definitely stay again next time I'm flying from Gatwick"
