"Unser erstes Zimmer war schmutzig und wurde am nächsten Tag anstandslos durch ein neues Zimmer ersetzt. Zudem wurde uns ein Frühstück zurückerstattet.
Die Lage des Hotels ist verkehrstechnisch gut."

Our bedroom windows didn’t open and there was no aircon. Told staff, the only way they could open the top opening windows was to remove the handles. This meant we had to put our fingers into a hole to attempt to open the windows. Would have preferred option to change rooms.
Also unfortunately we overlooked the front of the building and across the road there was early building work noise going on."
