"The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and parks. I stayed there in February and again for work last week (June) during the FIFA games. I found my room the second time to be much smaller, with the closest door being hard to maneuver, the carpet feeling damp, the bathroom sink making strange noises, and the room not having a hair dryer. Overall the hotel is a good option based on location. The next door coffee shop is delightful and most of the staff are very nice."

"Amazing place, great food and super clean! Wish we could have stayed a lot longer. The only downside I had was that the bed was a little uncomfortable. It wasn't the worst but just a little stiff so we didn't sleep the best."

"This overnight stay was wonderful. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds with accommodation for people with mobility issues. The room was easy to get around, comfortable, clean and they provided plenty of towels and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. This was beneficial since I was sharing the room with a friend. We ate at the casual restaurant and enjoyed our meal. If you are using the valet allow at least 30 minutes for them to bring your car to the front."

"Fantastic place to stay for the World Cup game! Close walking distance, the most wonderful staff from the bar to the front desk to valet. I would recommend over and over!"

"The "breakfast buffet" was awful. It was sausage, eggs, and cereal. I wasn't expecting a 5-star resort buffet, but this was absolutely awful and should not be called a buffet. I wouldn't even call it a continental breakfast."

"This is a beautiful hotel with such friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious and included pancakes, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, a variety of muffins and bagels, coffee, juices and milk. Coffee, tea and iced water were available in the main lobby 24/7. The suite itself was beautifully decorated, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to not feel crowded. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Dallas!...

"Omni Fort Worth downtown lived up the 5-star Omni standard. They are simply the best. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff are hospitable and helpful with valet and bellhop services. Amenities are top notch with a really nice bar area and steakhouse. Starbucks is attached to the Omni but if there is a convention going on, be prepared to wait. Very convenient to the convention center (right across the street). We ate at Waters Restaurant and it was excellent. Highly...

"My room was full of mildew. It was overwhelming. I complained and they moved me to another room with the same problem. The next day I complained again and they said they would clean the air conditioner. It made no effect so they moved me again. Next room was free from mold, but I developed new itchy bite marks on my abdomen and arms each morning."
