"The location was absolutely perfect! The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Only negatives were the pool hours and the food was not so good. Other than that it was an awesome stay!"

"The property is situated in an excellent location right at the heart of The Times Square. However, very disappointed to find out for a brand like this to not have the very basic facilities in the rooms. There is no tea and coffee options inside the room, the cleaners had no regard for the lint all around due to the blanket (fleeced) one, only to hear this is normal and common - seriously. The breakfast options are very limited, it is the same stuff everyday. We didn't let it dampen our spirits of visiting New York however felt the price we paid for the stay wasn't worth it."

"Rooms are well designed and in good condition. Elevators for such a large hotel are very fast and there are enough elevators. Staff does an excellent job cleaning rooms. Hotel is very well managed."
