"Room was mostly clean (some trash left behind on the floor but nothing major). Parking was rough… we had to go back to the car 3 times before they actually helped us with the valet. Tiny room, my suitcase had to wheel sidewise to fit through the room. Decent location though, 10 minute walk to Times Square, 10 minute walk to Madison square garden. Not really worth the price though, and there wasn’t an iron that I needed (rip). Overall it was okay. Added fees after though (literally an extra $650...

"Great location, on the whole a good hotel. However the beds are small (you expect small rooms in New York!) and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. When we arrived, we had booked the two bed room as three of us were staying, but the beds were not big enough for two to share. So we upgraded to a suite and had two beds and a sofa bed - staff were helpful to arrange."

"good option with nice Breakfast option near the time square."

"Room was clean and a reasonable size (for New York!) Rooftop was great, but it closes at 9pm. Didn’t realise you could ask for a coffee machine/kettle in the room until our final day- our fault for not reading the info in the room but staff also should have mentioned at check in. Great location. Would stay here again"
