"We loved our room, plenty of space for 2 people. Great view. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. The heat lamp with timer did not work properly. We had 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner at the lodge. The food was delicious and the staff was efficient, personable and professional. It snowed on our way up to the lodge our first evening. "When I first drove up, I thought - uh oh. But when I walked in my cabin, it was seriously better than the outside looked. Well appointed, clean, comfortable and roomy. Michelle was very kind - even allowed me to use her wash and dryer. If you're looking for the Ritz, go elsewhere. But if you want a good value, this is it. 15 minutes from the visitors center."

"Location and service are the best. It's a stones throw away from the entrance to Sequoia Nat'l Park and a full bar is great to return to after a day of hiking.
