"Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. "

"This Days Inn by Wyndham gave me what I was in Knoxville for the Big Ears festival. This venue is about ten minutes from downtown. I had a good breakfast of tea and cereal each morning also grabbing some peanut butter crackers for later. I slept well all three nights. It was very quiet except for your normal interstate buzz, but my sleep was excellent. Thank you…"

"The staff were wonderful! Soon as we entered, the room looked like a murder scene and smelled of a strong mixture of urine and bleach. I don’t have anything more to say than this place was the most terrifying and disgusting hotel and the pictures would speak better than my words, however they will not attach to this review. The office chair was 50% duct tape, if that helps you visualize things… We were so exhausted late at night upon our arrival that, even though we were completely disgusted...

"The rooms carpet was fraying by the edge of the vinyl flooring. The bathtub had rust spots. The blinds on all three windows were broken. I have pictures of all of these complaints. The staff told me that every room is booked and everyone has checked in. Then twenty minutes later he called me and told me there was a cancellation and a room was available. How could that be if everyone was checked in. He only did this because I asked for the manager or when the manager was going to be there."

"Housekeeping did not change sheets, towels, trash, when asked during our stay. We had to ask management to ensure our rooms were serviced several times before housekeeping actually came. Hotel check in was great. Staff in lobby were very friendly! Parking was very easy. The view from the patio is beautiful! They used to have a full breakfast years ago but now just serve muffins and juice and coffee but that was okay to get us started in the mornings."
