"Great stay, enjoyed the balcony on the top floor room, very friendly staff, excellent location in the old quarter. Breakfast is the best! Better than expected. Had to walk to a different location but only 2 minutes walking and the selection was great and everything was very delicious. Highly recommend! Would stay here again."

"Excellent service & friendly staff. Breakfast with delicious food and the lady named "Mimi" who was very helpful as my son is a bit picky on food. Rooms were nicely cleaned. And of course the Hotel Manager Jimmy who was been very helpful in giving us all info where to visit, from day 1 until we checked out. Overall The Hanoi Signature Hotel is highly recommended."

"Great hotel in a great location. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They accepted a package on my behalf before our arrival and gave it to me right when we arrived. Zero complaints. Would stay here again. Thank you!"

"Great location with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay enjoyable. The hotel was generally clean, although the room had a slightly musky smell, likely due to the humid weather. Aside from that, the overall experience was pleasant and convenient."
