"We stayed in a room with a king bed and two double beds. The room was very spacious, had a mini fridge, counter space with seating and a microwave. It was on the first floor right around the corner from the pool. While the location near the waterpark was nice, it was loud during the day. We had a lot of overhead noise. There were also ants in the room, but it wasn't bothersome enough to report it to staff. The staff are always nice and helpful. The waterpark always entertains the kids....

"Zach at the front desk was AMAZING!! He was so helpful with Zoo (where to go /what to see) ideas and was just the most welcoming site at a late hour check in! We were supposed to be there around 4/5pm but with construction arrived after 10pm."

"The hotel is nice. The breakfast had a lot of options. The staff was ok. Not very helpful. The room was large and looked clean. The bed and pillows were terrible. Didn’t sleep well, which is annoying when you are driving four hours the next day."

"First of all they lied on the website there is not a hot tub on site, not even in a suite.
The pool was filthy
We asked for extra towels and never got them. There were cracks in the walls and ceiling everywhere in our room.
Oh and I never got my deposit back!
Don’t book here.
Other Holiday Inn Express places have always been good to me and my family but this one was trash."
