"I found a mysterious yellow pill on the floor of our hotel room, where my two babies were staying with me and my husband. The hotel knew that I was traveling with babies, as I called 5x to make sure we were all set with their crib beds and early check in. I am extremely disappointed that our safety was not taken into consideration when cleaning the rooms for children. We could have ended up in the ER, but thank god I found the pill. I had called 3x prior to ask for our cribs to be set up, which...

"We were there for 1 night. Arrived at 9:30pm, checked in without issue. Upper parking lot is a little sketchy but it is well lit & we left in the morning without incident. The room was clean, sheets were very soft & the a/c was cold. Couldn't ask for anything more. There was a basic breakfast of cereal, bagels, & assorted mini-muffins & mini-donuts with coffee & juice. Staff was very friendly. It was a perfect place to crash for the night."

"Extremely run down!!!! Wallpaper was peeling in my room, bathroom vanity was in rough shape, tub was old, and the carpet was disgustingly gross!!!! Mattress seemed real old. Extremely disappointed for a Hampton inn!!!! Sidewalk is literally crumbling. Didn’t even have a diet soda for me to purchase. The eggs were like rubber pancakes."

"The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds."

"Well, it’s almost as if on the weekend the hotel doesn’t know it’s a hotel but the rooms are spotless. The property is the most beautiful property I’ve ever seen, but it’s very arbitrary if they want to serve food that day or not or even if the bar is open and signage is just terrible but other than that, it really is a fabulous location a fabulous price and a fabulous hotel"
