"First impressions at reception and check in were excellent. Room was big and very clean. French doors had gaps and let in cold and noise and boy was it noisy from 3pm to 2am it was non stop, motorbikes, car horns and people shouting and screaming. 6am started again with lorries and dustbins being emptied. Perfect location for all shops and tourist attractions but if you want a good nights sleep forget it."

"Lovely grounds and excellent staff. The deluxe room was nice. It was tired, it would benfit from a fixutres and fitting refresh. We were comfortable and I wouldn't let this stop me booking again. The jacuzzi was not operational on both day and this was disappointing. I feel something could have been done to compensate for this. The pool was also a touch cold for me. I booked 2 treatments. "It was our second time stsying at Moxy and would happy to return again. The room was spotless, warm and big enough. Soundproofing was excellent and blackout curtains made the sleep even better. And the beds were soo comfortable that we didn't want to get up. Breakfast was very good with cold and hot options. And the staff were super helpful and friendly. "
