"Clean room,love staying there,staff very friendly and will do anything to make u happy "

"Good for a cheap room. A/C split unit didn't blow warm or hot air so room was very cold. Moved the bed to try and find something that went under and there were crushed up chocolate something still under it. Taps had to ring the neck off the tap to stop it running. Beds were comfy pillows mayaswell had been pillow cases. No extra blankets in the room. Like I said it was good for a cheap room for a couple of nights."

"What a dump! In the heart of Double Bay sits an accommodation venue not fit for the homeless. Dirty, water dripping from ceiling in the room, filthy carpet, lumpy mattresses. Worth about $17 a night. Shut it down and build a McDonalds on the site!"

"The whole place was really well looked after and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a view of Manly Beach. Good value accommodation. Amazing location. Heather, who checked us in, and Debbie who checked us out, were both so lovely. Definitely can recommend this place."
