Motel di Dewan Kota Liverpool

"Staff lovely and very professional. Room clean and very comfortable, Location very convenient to public transport and to RNSH and Mater hospitals. We have stayed on a number of occassions and always very good. highly recomend."

"The bathroom was where the main issues were. The toilet pipes were very dirty on the outside and the window frame looked like it had either dirt or black mould on one side of it. The bathroom door was incredibly clunky to open and when the exhaust fan was turned on it shuddered for a few seconds first before working properly. The shower also was incredibly dusty in spots such as on top of railings. Everything else was fine."

"Fairly dirty room. A si gel sheet covered the mattress and it was an old hard mattress. The door to the outside area was only secured with a flimsy slide bolt that seemed to be made from aluminium. There were a few small cockroaches under the kettle base. The shower was a positive except they when you opened the shower door the shower head was actually above the shower head and the door opened to the shower head side as you could only open it inwards. Old decor inside and external needs a...

"Firstly, we were welcomed warmly by Matthew. Our room was extremely clean, beds comfortable and the shower was hot and beautiful. This motel has a hidden gem (an amazing restaurant) our steaks were absolutely delicious as smooth as butter, outstanding red wines and the restaurant manager Jasmine was so delightful as were all the staff. Ascot Motel offers many wonderful qualities it was a pleasure to stay here. Matthew thank you so much for all your kindness. Congratulations Ascot Motel a hidden...

"Easy parking right outside the front door to the room, very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, it had everything I needed including a kitchenette. From the Hume Highway the entrance looked a bit unkempt but that is the neighbouring property with the long grass. The WM Hotel staff were very nice and polite, I would stay again. It was a close walk to various food locations and the shopping centre is not far down the highway."

"Sukses selalu🙏🙏"

"Location was great. Short walk to everything including the waterside morning walk and yoga in the park. However the AC in the room wasn’t maintained properly so sleep quality wasn’t the best. But enjoyed the walking distance convenience."

"The rooms were obviously recently renovated and looked nice. The staff were helpful and the room was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, the lack of doormat meant the floor was quickly gritty from shoes. There was a kettle but it didn’t fit under the tap which was a bit of a nuisance. And there were no hooks at all to be able to hang towels to dry."

"Easy parking"

"Unfortunately, a catalogue of errors turned a straightforward overnight stay into an extremely stressful experience. I booked specifically because I was working back-to-back 14-hour shifts and needed to avoid a three-hour round trip home. I arrived at 10pm, collected my key as instructed and was allocated Room 218. After 20 minutes searching different floors and hotel maps, I couldn’t find it. The out-of-hours number provided didn’t work. When I eventually reached an after-hours staff member...
