"The room was clean and as pictured. I loved the pool and bar at the Fountains. I would have loved the pool and splash pad area to be bigger or connected to the other pool area by the activities center. Other than that the texting feature to reach guest relations was really helpful and convenient. It’s a family friendly resort that was conveniently located to Disney Springs and a good distance to iDrive. Loved my stay overall"

"Although the hotel was beautiful, the only issue I had was when I booked it. I didn’t realize there were two resorts, Kadani and Jambo. I attempted to surprise my daughter and my grandchildren but when I booked it, I was not given the option of the two hotels and my daughter was staying at Jambo. If I knew there were two resorts I would’ve booked Jambo otherwise the hotel is really beautiful."

"Place is great and clean. Has a good facilities in place. We love the location and surrounding area. Also very near to old town (only 7-10 minutes walk). Good security in the complex. Staff just okay, no smile but does not bother me."
