"The lady owner was friendly and lovely from the moment I arrived.
I was made to feel very welcome and was even treated to a plate of home made biscuits.
The bed was comfy and I had an amazing night's sleep.
Breakfast was served at a time that was convenient to me and everything was very fresh. The bread and jam were also home made.
The property is in a very quiet location and in lovely gardens and provides a great place to stay during a visit to the lake district. "

"Lovely place, easy access to Keswick and it's own parking. The room's were very clean and comfortable, nice hot showers.
Breakfast was a fresh cooked full English as you expect and was great. The Owner was lovely and very helpful."

"Absolutely lovely breakfast and super attentive hosts! I came into Keswick via train and bus and it’s very walkable to and from the B&B. No faults at all! "
