"OK. I’m going to start with the tough part: I can’t understand how the door locks on the room can be allowed. They are not at all safe. The door can be locked FROM THE OUTSIDE by someone else, and the people inside can be locked into their room!! Massive fire hazard. The mgmt really do need to look into a different system.
