"Overall the property was very clean, the hotel rep was also responsive thru communication via WhatsApp. The place is new, and has provided most of the amenities you need for ur vacation! It was an enjoyable stay and we would like to stay here again if we visit Penang again in the future."

"We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. We got NO effective compensation. The

"We enjoyed staying at this property. Location is unquestionably super. Right accros the new gurney drive beach side promenade and near by to wide selection of culinary vendors. The unit itself is very new. the design is cozy. But there is always room for minor improvement, the pillow is a bit stinky from previous guest.
And the entrance is a bit tricky. Which is located at the back of the building ( but I think this is not a big issue). You will easily find it.
