"The place was very clean, decent. The reviews I've read said it is noisy. That is very true. Not only is it noisy, it rumbles, and you could feel it. You are in the middle of late music tell 2am."

"Completely adequate. Small private airconditioned room w/ double bed and private bathroom. Shared kitchen and common area was nice to have. But it's a hostel, so no frills otherwise. $270/night for a hostel seems a bit high, but it's the Gaslamp during a major conference @ SDCC, so supply and demand I guess. Friends that made their reservations earlier got rooms @ the Marriott & Omni for less, so it's partially my fault for waiting too long.
Bottom line is I would stay again in the same...

"The hotel pool was closed on Saturday our only full day at the hotel. The event was extremely loud and although it was fun to look out on the big crowd I would advise anyone with young kids staying here. The were drunk guests being rude in the elevators and the hotel staff were kind of blah when asked for help."
