"最寄駅グロースターロードからは少し歩きますが(毎日雨だったので少し大変でした)、夜遅くでもあまり不安はない環境でした。すぐ側のバス停は行き先が限られているので結局利用しませんでした。 しかしヒースロー空港もキングスクロス(セントパンクラス)駅へも1本で大変便利でした。 部屋はとてもキレイで使い勝手も良かったです。 しかし、洗面台の混合栓からは水に切り替えてもなぜか熱湯しか出ず、滞在後半になってようやく冷水が出るようになりました。トイレのタンクもお湯でした。 "

"Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. L’hôtel est magnifique, la chambre était sublime : propre, confortable, décorée avec goût, on s’y est sentis incroyablement bien. L’ambiance générale est chaleureuse et le personnel vraiment attentionné. Un immense merci tout particulier au réceptionniste chauve (désolé, je ne connais pas son prénom, mais il se reconnaîtra !) qui m’a aidé le jour du feu d’artifice. "This is a fantastic place! We stayed for 5 nights, in a family room. It was amazing. The beds are heavenly, the room was really spacious and great! It is clean and fresh and just perfect. The front desk service was very good. Nice and welcoming staff! The location is unbeatable, you have two tubes in close vicinity, but it still feels like a calm and quiet neighborhood. Yes, the halls ARE narrow, but don't get fooled...the hotel is just perfect! We will for sure be back!!"
