"Rooms were very spacious for Japan. Staff were lovely and helpful. Public bath was clean and pleasant. If electing to have breakfast, be aware is a full trandition Japanese breakfast, very tasty but also quite large (way too much for me)"

"We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....
